Park

Bluebonnet Office Park is a large office community located on the corner of Bluebonnet Boulevard and Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge. The extension of Bluebonnet Office Park was to house the new office for Dr. Weiler and his plastic surgery center.

The Quarters

Within Central Square, you will find The Quarters, a retail building detailed in French Quarter inspired architecture. The Quarters holds Central Buffet, Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, Central Nail and Spa and Extra Innings Sports Bar. The Quarters II is coming soon!
 
The best way to get that true authentic architecture was to go to the source. Using salvaged material from Hurricane Katrina, The Quarters at Central Square was erected in an honest immitation of New Orleans architecture. Mimicking Pirate's Alley, The Quarters holds true to that night-life atmosphere intended.

Burlington Lakes

Burlington Lakes Subdivision is a residential neighborhood located on Hooper Road in the City of Central.
 
Many years ago, prior to the Civil War, the area around the present day Hooper Road and Greenwell Springs Road intersection was known as “Burlington.” Burlington was a thriving community and was the sight of a cotton gin, a grist mill, a brickyard, a blacksmith shop and a ferry crossing the Amite River.
 
Interestingly, the toll to cross the river was five cents by foot, fifteen cents by horse, twenty cents by buggy and twenty five cents by wagon. Today, Burlington Lakes offers the same affordability for all home buyers.
